Risotto Cooking Class to Benefit Boston Children’s Hospital
If you have ever watched hit the t.v. show Hell’s Kitchen then you know that celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay is very fussy about how perfect risotto is made. Now you can learn how to make the perfect autumn risotto from Hell’s Kitchen most recent season contestant Zebra’s own Chef Brendan Pelley
This class includes dinner:
Starter Course: Baby Kale Salad, sliced pear, pumpkin seed, dried cranberry, manchego, fig vin
Entree Course: Butternut Squash & Wild Mushroom Risotto, white wine, goat cheese, toasted pumpkin seeds, fried sage
… and a glass of wine!

- $5 from each ticket sale will be donated to one of our favorite charities – Boston Children’s Hospital
